Who We Are

The EURO – Mediterranean Lagoon Federation (EuroMedLag) is a non profit organisation aiming at disseminating and promoting the ecological culture. In particular its purpose is to facilitate the cooperation among members of lagoon ecosystem research networks in Europe and in the Mediterranean to promote basic and applied knowledge on lagoons and estuaries through the most suitable means.

What We Do

Activate fora for an affective communication thorough all scientific communities sharing the same interest in European lagoons;
Disseminate ecological culture on lagoon and estuary ecosystems through meetings, conferences, scientific publications and other suitable means;
Provide expertise and offer consultancy in the relations with Euro Mediterranean Institutions;
Cooperate with other international organisations.
